Paintings
Probably more than any other mediums, my paintings show my interest in mythological subjects, my love for color relationships and figurative forms. My work is informed by repeated travels to Italy, Greece, Spain and other European nations. Most notably, Etrurian and other ancient ritualistic artworks intrigue me as forms meant, through participation, to evoke the mysterious. I am amazed by the cultural connections and values represented through art that transposes time and transcends individual experience.
